(1)Name: 6 pieces of raw land, lot No. 987-3, 989-3, 1007,
1019-5, 1020, 1021 located at Banchiao, Taipei County.
(2)Purpose: For the special medical care center of Taipei
Far Eastern Telecom Park

(1)LAND:3,003 square meters, equivalent to 908.4075 p'ing.

plans to purchase six pieces of raw land aforesaid in the special
medical care center of Taipei Far Eastern Telecom Park for the
construction of a new medical building for Far Eastern Memorial Hospital.

(1)a.This transaction should be resolved by board meetings of both
parties, and then an official purchase and sales contract will
be signed by both parties on the date predetermined by both
parties to conclude the transaction.
b.Payment period on land sales:
(1)FEMF will pay FERD NT$ 428,577,453, 99% of the sales price,
within seven days after the signing of the contract and
receiving the first invoice for the payment issued by FERD.
(2)FEMF will pay FERD NT$ 89,665,702, 1% of the sales price, within
seven days after the registration of land ownership transfer and
receiving the second invoice issued by FERD.
