3.Summary of the content originally publicly announced and reported: FERD exchanged 6 pieces of land such as Lot. No. 998-15 in Ya Dong Section of
Banqiao District for an area equivalent in size of 5 pieces of land such as Lot. No. 1011 in Ya Dong Section owned by Oriental Institute of
Technology. FERD has planned to sell the aforesaid 5 pieces of land to Far Eastern Medical Foundation.
