5.Cause of occurrence: In accordance with the regulation, the effect on shareholders’ equity by the Company’s initial application of the International Financial Reporting Standards (hereinafter referred to as IFRS) 9 “Financial Instruments”,
and IFRS 15 “Revenue from Contracts with Customers” should be presented to the Board of Directors.
6.Countermeasures: In accordance with the categories, recognition and measurement of IFRS 9 & 15 on Jan 1, 2018, consolidated shareholders’ equity which has been reviewed via CPA was increased by NT$ 6.38 billion.
