1.Date of occurrence of the event:2020/09/25
2.Cause of occurrence:
Due to the fire caused by dowtherm leakage in Hsinpu Chemical Fiber Plant in the evening of Sep. 23,
Hsinchu District Prosecutors with Bureau of Environmental Protection and the police entered the plant
for investigation and search, and held the plant manager and two staff under examination.
After the examination, the detention was deemed unnecessary and the three employees were released on bail.
3.Countermeasures: The Company fully cooperated with the investigation.
4.Effect on the Company's finances and business: No material impact on the Company’s finance and operations.
