subsidiaries of FENC is NT$67.6 billion.

between the market value and the cost carried on the
accounting book of all listed subsidiaries owned by FENC.
Relevant information of the aforesaid subsidiaries is all
disclosed in the audited financial reports.
(2)Regarding the invested amount of NT$10 billion to build plants
in Yangzhou, China:
The invested amount and resolution to build plants in Yangzhou, China
were resolved and approved by the Board of Directors of FENC, and
also have received the approval from Investment Commission of MoEA. The
said investment plan has disclosed publicly in compliance with regulations.
