7.Cause of occurrence:FERD, FENC’s wholly-owned
subsidiary, plans to exchange 12 pieces of raw
land with a combined area of 3,978 square meters,
including but not limited to lot No. 998-17,
located at Ya Dong Section, Banqiao District,
New Taipei City for OIT’s raw land nearby.
The land holdings of OIT are composed of 7 pieces
at Xin Ya Section of Banqiao District (with a
combined area of 2,473 sqm, such as lot No. 1045),
and 5 pieces at Ya Dong Section of Banqiao District
(with a combined area of 1,505 sqm, such as lot
No. 1011). The transaction shall be subjected to
the approval of the Ministry of Education.
Upon approval, FERD will convene a Board of
Directors meeting to resolve details related
to the proposed transaction, and an announcement
will be made in accordance to respective regulations.
