New Taipei City. Lot No. 998-1, 998-3, 1003-1, 1004, 1004-4,

1004-5, 1005-3, 1006-2, 1023-5.

Nature:Reserved zone for electricity service in Taipei Far

Eastern Telecom Park (Tpark)

2.Date of the occurrence of the event:2016/12/05

3.Transaction volume (e.g.XX square meters, equivalent to XX p'ing),

  unit price, total transaction price:

Land: 5,613 square meters, equivalent to 1,697.93 pings.

Unit price:Around NT$672,000 per ping.

Total transaction price: NT$1,140,960,000.

4.Counterparty to the trade and its relationship with the company (if

Trading counterpart: Taiwan Power Company (Taipower).

C.FERD is FENC's wholly owned subsidiary;

   Same Chairman for both parties.

D.N/A (FENC spun off its holdings of land and transferred such

   holdings to FERD).

The expected disposal gain (under FENC’s consolidated financial

basis) is NT$ 338,301,000

(1)A.Upon the limited bidding has been completed on 5 Dec 2016,

      a “land sales & purchase agreement” shall be settled.

    B.It will be a one-time payment. After transferring the land

      ownership to Taipower by filing with the regulated authority,

      FERD will confirm the handover of the aforesaid land with Taipower

      within 15 days. And Taipower will pay FERD the one-time payment

      within another 15 days.
