5.Cause of occurrence:
The Company (“FENC”), through its subsidiary, FEPI, has
entered into a joint venture with Ishizuka Glass Co., Ltd
(“IGC”), of Japan to establish Far Eastern Ishizuka Green
PET Corporation (”FIGP”) to conduct R-PET production and
distribution business.
FIGP’s current paid-up capital stands at 150M Japanese Yen,
of which 80% is contributed by FEPI and 20% is contributed
by IGC. The plant’s annual R-PET production capacity is 35,000
and is scheduled to commence operation on 2014, April.

, however, this disclosure is made by the parent company FENC at
